IM Properties PLC has a dedicated team of property professionals tasked with managing and growing a global portfolio valued in excess of £900m across all property sectors for the benefit of the sole shareholder.

The aim is to maximise returns through the acquisition of property assets providing a blend of resilient income and, active asset management opportunities, where IM can use its wealth of property experience to add value.

Direct Property Ownership forms the majority of the fund with over £600m of industrial, office and retail assets under ownership, conservatively geared and spread across 3 continents as follows:

  • £500m in the UK
  • £110m in United States
  • £40m in Germany

FUND MANAGEMENT

IM Properties have a proven track record in fund management with over £250m of discretionary funds currently under management.

Over the past 20 years IMP has amassed an admirable portfolio of core holdings across the midlands and south east with a particular focus on location and property fundamentals in the distribution, office and out of town retail sectors.

We use our knowledge and keys contacts in core markets to source assets which provide the right risk return criteria for the right fund. Each fund has full access to the in-house asset management and development teams plus our finance, tax and credit control professionals.

USA INVESTMENT

IM Properties has been investing in US Real Estate since 2007, with a current portfolio of $175 million.The group plans to expand this beyond $300 million through development funding opportunities in the medium-term via a combination of investment and development

EUROPEAN INVESTMENT

IM Properties currently holds a €150 million investment portfolio across France and Germany, focussed on the commercial office and retail sectors, respectively.

The group currently holds properties in Paris, Lyon and Rouen in France, and a number of properties in the south and west of Germany.
